Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our catering event team at The WaitStaff Team (TWST pronounced Twist). As a key team member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for the clients and their guests. With your impeccable service skills and passion for hospitality, you will ensure that every person you encounter leaves with a smile on their face.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

- Provide exemplary customer service with a smile.

- Ensure all expectations are understood and executed accordingly from TWST lead.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and attention to detail.

- Monitor tables to anticipate guests' needs, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment/event space, including table and or bar setup/teardown, bar maintenance, garbage disposal and restocking necessary supplies.

- Collaborate with other TWST members to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred, though we are willing to train candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for hospitality.

- The ability and knowledge to set tables and provide proper table service etiquette.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure during the entirety of the event.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
