Christensen Heating & Cooling, Inc. has an exciting job opening for a Residential New Construction Installer. This position is Full-Time. Join our team and be a part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine optimal installation methods
• Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
• Test system components to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from homeowners
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Ability to have and maintain weekly Cal-Osha safety meetings to maintain a safe work environment (non union project)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer
• Experience installing ductless mini split systems. Mitsubishi installation experience is a plus but not a requirement. 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsites
• Have your own basic hand tools to complete the jobs
• Willing to train entry level installers and work well as a team
• Certification in HVAC installation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
