Seville Family Dental is currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a front desk team member. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for a Full-Time position that offers professional growth and development. This position is primarily for Insurance Verification.  Your main job responsibility would be checking dental insurance for insurance benefits and it being active. Please note that this is Not a Remote Job. Must have dental experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking patients in
• Checking for insurance eligibility 
• Checking for insurance benefits 
• Answering the phone and making appointments 
• Helping patients fill out their health hx forms
• Be sure waiting room is presentable and clean 

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in dental front desk 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Dentrix is helpful
