Business Development Representative (Contract to Hire)

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to join our team and help us reach our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong rapports with prospects and set initial meetings with the sales team. 

We are seeking a professional with previous experience self-generating leads from marketing campaigns and list-building tools to meet sales quotas. This position reports to our Sales Manager, and you will work closely with the Executive Team, Sales Manager, and other departments to strategize an outbound approach.

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect new business leads through a combination of email, cold calls, and social drips
  • Design an effective plan to target possible prospects and secure meetings
  • Generate, nurture, and manage a healthy lead pipeline 
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams 
  • Utilize CRM and trackers to maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of all prospect interactions

Requirements: 

  • Proven BDR/SDR experience 
  • A proven record of exceeding and surpassing goals in prior role
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Exceptional communication and social skills  
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of HubSpot CRM software
  • Must meet monthly sales targets
