We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who has excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing strategies and tactics to join us at RallyBright.
The ideal candidate is a professional who has prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This position reports to our Chief of Staff & Chief Marketing Officer, supporting them in existing marketing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and customer goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Launch, track, and optimize programs/campaigns across multiple channels to move prospects and customers down the funnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of RallyBright’s brand strategy
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Help build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts prospects to our owned properties via blog posts, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, customer case studies etc.)
- Manage RallyBright’s corporate social media presence
- Review content briefs and edit all RallyBright blog content
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity wins new customers, and continually refine our process to convert more prospects into customers.
- Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing ideas and tactics with the larger team
Requirements:
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills with super-sharp attention to detail
- Marketing savvy, including demonstrated success managing a corporate social media presence
- Familiarity with CMS systems, HubSpot, Google Ads, and SEO basics
- Experience with marketing/web analytics and strong drive to dive into data to shape lead-gen tactics
- Production expertise and basic design skills, including proficiency working with PowerPoint. Knowledge of basic Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
- Experience in presentation design, marketing, and sales materials design/production, social assets production, and digital/web design and production
- Comfortable with startup environments, including high ambiguity and a flat organizational structure
- In possession of confidence, high energy, self-motivation and a team-first attitude
- Strong commitment to collaboration
