Established and fast growing Residential Repaint company seeks Sales Representative to join our sales team. Ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and a highly effective communicator.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Achieve personal sales goals, sales rate targets, and close rates
• Forge first relationship with potential clients and maintain relationship throughout the contract in coordination with Crew Leaders
• Generate scopes for both on-site and remote site visits
• Advise changes in products and services by assessing results and engaging with developments in products and techniques
• Participate in networking groups, professional societies, and industry workshops

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the home or building care/maintenance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
• Computer proficient with G-Suite and other cloud-based software
• Skilled in the areas of multi-tasking, organization, prioritization and time management
• College degree preferred

Benefits include supplemental insurance, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, company car with achieved quotas. Annual Salary based on performance $65,000-80,000.
