Salary Range:  $48000 - $65000 year

We require ALL our employees to have a current, valid driver’s license AND reliable vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting other Job Sites
  • Assist with 2 week and 90 day reviews
  • Required to provide physical painting work on your assigned job sites when not overseeing other job/crew leaders
  • Act as a sub in times the Operations Manager is out
  • Report any quality concerns to the Operations Manager
  • Help protect the brand
  • Must continue to grow painting skill set while working on projects
  • Maintaining a neat and clean vehicle and assuming all responsibilities for such tasks
  • Must be able to work from 7:00/8:00 to 4:00/5:00 pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays
  • Continue to improve knowledge of products, scaffolding, and paint sprayer. Monitor employee appearance, language, and proper use of equipment. (This information is to be reported directly to the Operations Manager.)
  • Have the ability to move and use ladders and power equipment (i.e. sanders, sprayers, ladders up to 32’, etc.) according to the All-IN Painting Standards & Procedures
  • Deal with customers’ questions and concerns on call backs or as assigned by Operations manager
  • Be reliable, present good work ethic, high integrity and drug free
  • A clean, presentable appearance is always expected
  • Complete Company Forms
  • Keep an accurate account of each employee working on the job and report daily employee hours on daily.
  • Must possess knowledge of products and All-IN Painting standard product list.
  • Monitor employee attendance, appearance, language, and proper use of equipment.
  • Deal with customers’ questions and concerns on the job-site daily.
  • Report concerns and/or problems to the Operations Manager immediately.

All IN Painting has been in business since January 2016 starting out with a mini-van, an extension ladder, and a painter with an entrepreneur dream. It didn’t take long to realize the need for a full crew based on the amount and size of jobs being requested. Since then we have grown by a full crew each year and now have 3 locations with plans to have 50.
