With our continuous and expansive growth, we are looking for a driven and successful person to join our team as a Project Manager/Field Supervisor. This position will have a relentless focus on field management; running a team of talented and experienced craftsmen as well as working with peers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Our Project Manager are excellent communicators and share our dedication to make sure our jobs run smoothly and satisfy our clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with clients to understand full scope of projects
• Communicate directly with customers and crews to align project requirements
• Manage quality control throughout project timeline to insure job completion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain honest and positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Continually promote the quality, value, and reputation of Palette Pro
• Manage routine and tasks in an efficient, organized manner

Salary will be commensurate with experience. 

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
