Overview of Position: Our team of Behavior Technicians play a vital role in implementing behavior reduction strategies for our clients--children with autism. At our center, you will be supported by BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) who are experts in the field to support you as you grow professionally. We are excited to have you help us grow as a company since we opened our doors 15 months ago. Our Behavior Technicians arrive at our center each day ready to be paired with their assigned clients instead of doing in-home care. This helps foster unity and allows you to feel part of a team working together with others. It also ensures you work the hours you were originally hired for. Our Center is also unique to other clinics because we have a certified Special Education Teacher that works together with the Behavior Technicians and their clients with their goals. You must agree to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician Training course before your first day of work.
Come join our team; we can't wait to have you!
