Contratación de un aprendiz de pintor de nivel de entrada. Trabajamos en todo tipo de propiedades, pero la mayoría de nuestros trabajos involucran pintura interior y pintura exterioren las casas de las personas.

Ayudarácon las tareas de preparación, que incluyen parchar agujeros, colgar paneles de yeso, lijar superficies ásperas, lavar a presióny pintar. No se necesita experiencia. Estamos dispuestos a capacitar a candidatos motivados sin experiencia profesional, pero esperamos que todos nuestros empleados mantengan un lugar de trabajo profesional y seguro. Cualquier experiencia que tenga trabajando con otras habilidades de construcción es una ventaja. Las habilidades para hablar inglés también una ventaja. 

Deberes y responsabilidades del pintor

• Aplicar pintura y otros recubrimientos a paneles de yeso y superficies exteriores

• Lijar o limpiar las superficies antes de aplicar la pintura

• Parchar las paredes y realizar otras tareas de preparación según sea necesario

• Ayudar a colgar y enlodar los paneles de yeso

• Limpiar equipo, los cepillos y todo el su turno

Escala de pago

$ 18-22 por hora según las habilidades. 

Requisitos y calificaciones del pintor

• Diploma de escuela secundaria o certificado GED (preferido)

• Experiencia en pintura comercial o industrial (preferido)

• Habilidad para hablar español

• Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable Resistencia

• física para realizar tareas

• Cómodo trabajando en escaleras altas o andamios

We are seeking someone who speaks Spanish who want to be a painter with one of our current teams. We work on all sorts of properties, but most of our jobs involve applying interior paint and exterior paints on peoples’ homes.

As a painter, you will work with our other Spanish speaking painters and our bilingual project managers. Your main task will be to paint, but you will also assist with prep tasks, including patching holes, hanging drywall, sanding down rough surfaces, and power washing. We are willing to train motivated applicants with no professional experience, but we expect all of our employees to keep a professional and safe workplace. Any experience you have working with other construction skills is a plus.

Painter Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply paint and other coatings to drywall and exterior surfaces

• Sand down or clean surfaces before applying paint

• Patch walls and perform other prep tasks as necessary

• Assist with drywall hanging and mudding

• Clean spray nozzles, brushes, and all other equipment at the end of your shift

Pay scale

$18-22 an hour (sliding scale based on skill level)

Painter Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

• Commercial or industrial painting experience (preferred)

• Ability to speak Spanish

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Physical stamina to perform tasks

• Comfortable working on tall ladders or scaffolding
