About the Role:

We are seeking a Protective Coatings Applicator specializing in applying durable, long-lasting coatings to industrial and commercial structures. This role helps ensure clients’ assets stay protected from wear, corrosion, and environmental exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Apply protective coatings to steel, concrete, and other substrates.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the coating process.
• Safely operate painting equipment and lifts.
• Document materials used and work completed.
• Adhere to industry coating standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with epoxies, urethanes, or specialty coatings is a plus.
• Understanding of surface profiles and coating systems.
• Ability to interpret technical data sheets.
• Dependability and professionalism.
