We are searching for a candidate to assist our Project Manager and Estimator in our new construction division. The ideal candidate will have estimating and / or construction office experience. The candidate must be organized, focused, task oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Because of continued growth, we are creating this position to free up our Estimators and Project Managers from some estimating and administrative duties.

These duties include:

Preparing estimates and sending out bids 

Organizing and maintaining Project Files

Preparing material Submittals and Insurance documents

Collecting information for internal Preconstruction file

Maintaining the project Schedule of Values

Prepare draft copy of monthly project draw requests

Maintaining and logging Requests for Change (RFCs)

Tracking of Change Orders (COs)

Keeping contract value updated on internal Production Report

Assisting with material purchases and subcontractor Purchase Orders

Verify invoices from vendors and subs for accuracy

Various communications with clients and vendors

Visit job sites and subcontractor meetings
