About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Specialist / Project Estimator, your focus will be more than just numbers. It's about understanding our clients' needs, working collaboratively, and finding the perfect solutions. This role offers a unique blend of relationship building, project management, and strategic estimation. 

Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Actively sell and follow up to foster ongoing customer connections.
• Respond with Agility: Provide timely responses to service requests from clients and prospects.
• Problem-Solve: Determine client needs and find solutions tailored to them.
• Estimate: Provide a competitive quote to clients that is accurate and fair for the service being provided.
• Collaborate and Manage: Work closely with vendors and the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
• Close Deals: Prepare and present persuasive proposals to create value and secure work.
• Ensure Quality: Oversee project closeouts and assure positive client experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Sales experience and background in painting or construction is a plus, but not a must.
• Skills: Good organizational and math skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suites.
• Attitude: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
