We are a Painting Contractor seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expansion. This position involves making calls, sending emails, and building relationships with past clients while also researching and reaching out to potential new prospects and markets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in increasing our market presence and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to past clients to identify new opportunities and maintain positive relationships.
- Conduct research to identify potential new clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects to introduce our services and explore potential business partnerships.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Keep track of leads, follow-up actions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction or painting industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using tracking software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate and collaborate with the team.
