Our president of the last 30 years needs a right-hand person to transition responsibilities to over the next few years.

We are well-established, second-generation Painting Contracto in the construction industry. We are in a national peer group of 12 peer companies across the country who meet, talk, support and assist each other in our businesses and our business growth.

We are likely ahead of our competition in size, market share, profitability and organizational structure. We have a growing younger generation in operations, estimating and project managing as well as field personnel and have been able to attract and retain good talent.

However, we have a leadership gap between generations, and we seek to fill that gap. Ideally with someone who has leadership experience, who is process oriented and team oriented, likable, and accountable and can stay and help to grow our team for the next 10 + years.

We are operating under EOS but lack the number of leaders in each department to do this well. We also have recently become an employee-owned company ESOP. 

Compensation includes executive base salary, performance-based bonus, and incentive-based stock appreciation rates.
