We are looking for a General Manager to run day-to-day operations. They will work closely with the president, the Sales team and the Operations team to provide leadership, assistance, guidance and support as well as mentoring and training. The general manager will be responsible for revenue goals and project performance and may be involved in project coordination between our Sales teams and Operations team to maximize company performance and to meet or exceed our client’s expectations. Ideally this person could grow into a COO role.

Compensation includes base salary, performance-based bonus plan and stock appreciation rights.
