Our Sales Manager is retiring and we are searching for the right fit to back fill the position.
The Sales Manager works closely with our sales/estimating team, our clients, and our operations team. The Sales Manager is responsible for keeping sales numbers on track, establishing sales budgets, hiring and training sales team members and estimators, developing and maintaining client relationships and maintaining accounts of their own.
This person should have extensive experience in Sales and/or Sales Management.

We are a large, established, and respected painting contractor working directly for building owners and managers, manufacturing facilities, OEM clients, warehouses and general contractors to perform painting and coating services. We have a large, stable workforce and we continue to grow our business and our people. This is a sales and management position that we hope to fill with someone who can help our organization grow and can grow within our leadership team.
