This position works closely with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure the project side accounting is accurate and complete. This person will be responsible for managing contract amounts and change orders and billings. Accuracy and organizational skills are very important. 

This position must have an accounting degree and or construction accounting experience and will need to be proficient at using excel. Being an intuitive thinker will be beneficial.

Duties include: 

• Creating and entering each job into our Computer Ease System
• Simple Billings and AIA Billings
• Preparing Bid Packages and Documents
• Managing RFC and RFQ Orders
• Managing Prequalification's, Insurance Certificates, and Project Specific Documents
• Managing Lean Waivers
• Bids and Awards Recording
• Answering Phones, Responding to Questions and Directing Calls
• Preparing and Maintaining Reports - Sales Reports, Production Reports and more
• Supporting the Accounting Side of Projects
• Other Office and Company Duties
