Painting Estimator

WESTCHESTER, NY 10601

Our company is looking for someone to calculate estimates for our painting jobs. 

MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSPORT TO THE CLIENTS HOME SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK. LOCATIONS IN WESTCHESTER AND FAIRFIELD COUNTY 

• Learn to use computer software such as PaintScout to calculate estimates for residential painting projects.

• Visit clients on the jobsite to take measurements, understand scope of work, painting surfaces, and damages that need to be restored including new remodeled areas.

• Good communication skills and time management skills

• Pay is based on experience

Painting Estimator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create estimates for Residential Painting projects.

• Learn to use the software PaintScout 

• Meeting with clients at different locations and examining the job.

• Analyze cost of estimate by examining surfaces.

• Estimating hours of labor for the job.

• Estimating price of material for the job.

• Creating a well-rounded estimate and time frame to complete the job

• Learn to explain to clients why certain services might cost more and what other alternatives they might have

Painting Estimator Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Great time management skills

• Good computer skills

• Own Transportation 

• Legal in the United States

• Flexible hours

• Minimum Education: High school diploma
