We are currently looking for a qualified and passionate restoration estimator to join our growing business. Your central goal will be to use your understanding of computer software to calculate estimates for painting jobs. You will also be in charge of visiting the clients on the jobsite and understanding of the scope of work, painting surfaces, and damages that need to be restored including new remodeled areas.

To be a successful restoration estimator you should have in-depth knowledge of estimating computer software (example; paint scout), how to create an estimate. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills and a great understanding time management.

Restoration Estimator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing estimation costs by examining surfaces.
• Researching what materials and inventory might be needed for the restoration and collecting this research to give an accurate estimation
• Meeting with clients at different locations and examining the surfaces.
• Estimating how much labor certain surfaces will need to become fully restored.
• Knowing how to use Paint Scout to estimate a project
• Creating a well-rounded estimate and time frame as well as inventory needed to restore something to its potential
• Explaining to clients why certain services might cost more and what other alternatives they might have

Restoration Estimator Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Great time management skills
• A restoration estimator certificate (if possible)
• Strong computer skills
• Must pay attention to detail
• Well organized
• Own Transportation 
• Legal in the United States
• Flexible hours
• Minimum Education: High school diploma 
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business
