The Project Manager role involves in-field management while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service. The role requires managing multiple projects at a time, involving all of the project stages from the scheduling phase to the final walkthrough stage. You will be working directly with customers and crews seeing through each stage and ensuring everything goes smoothly. This includes starting up and closing down projects, communicating between the customer, field, and the office, inspecting projects, resolving customer concerns, gathering touch-up lists (assisting when needed), occasionally picking up and delivering paint or supplies, and various other tasks, all to make sure our customers and crews are as happy as possible! This role may involve picking up a brush and helping the crews if slow or to meet a deadline, especially in the slower winter months. All projects are within Southeastern Wisconsin, so you will be home with your family every night!

Compensation

• $60,000-75,000 year 1 with commissions and bonuses

• Commission for upselling work

• Bonus program for generating 5 star reviews and happy customers

Requirements:

• Be a good, ethical human with the desire to treat our customers right

• Either have some experience with project management, painting, or carpentry

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to work 40+ hours a week during the busy summer season

• Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbs

• Be a team player and positive person to be around
