Construction Remodeling Office/Project Manager

Supports company operations by maintaining client projects, Google Suite office systems and supervising a small staff .Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing client projects, office systems and layouts, Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and following up on work results. Keeps Senior Management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Provides clerical support when needed to assist administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents. Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed. Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records. Performs other related duties as assigned.
