Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Profitable Service Delivery:
- Manage labor efficiency, materials, and equipment to exceed job estimates.
- Monitor project progress, adjust as needed, and perform cost/profit analysis for each job.
- Capture and bill all upsell and add-on work.
- Conduct daily and final client walkthroughs to ensure project completion and satisfaction.
Develop a Top-Notch Team:
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees to build a productive and long-tenured team.
- Provide hands-on training and support in equipment operation, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and foster a motivating work environment.
Ensure Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain quality control through on-site assistance and job performance observations.
- Proactively resolve customer grievances and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
