In this software engineering role, you'll be on the front lines building the Generative AI platform that rapidly designs and generates complete industrial programs, guided by a team of expert software engineers from Waymo, Google, Princeton, BYU, and top AI startups.

Responsibilities:

• Generative AI & Code Synthesis: Design and build the core AI models that rapidly design and generate complete PLC and robot programs from specifications, engineering drawings, and natural language inputs.
• Industrial System Integration: Design and build the platform and software connectors for importing, translating, and deploying industrial automation programs across major OEM devices.
• Infrastructure: Design and build tooling for data management, troubleshooting, and the creation of AI-generated HMI and technical documentation (e.g., manuals, specifications).

Requirements:

• Exceptional software engineering capabilities, especially in Python and C++.
• Industrial automation experience is a plus, but not required, as you'll work directly with automation experts in this role.
