Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the organization and become an active, available, and knowledgeable point of contact, fielding a wide variety of requests from across the team and with vendors.
Provide support on general administrative tasks for the overall benefit of the team and company as a whole.
Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of accountability.
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries at fair prices.
Coordinate and plan our solution deployments with the team to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Manage expenses and prepare spending reports.
Requirements:
We request that candidates have at minimum a Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role, preferably in a startup.
Technically savvy and proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
Team player with a “no job too small” attitude.
Outstanding communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in our Salt Lake City office from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Multitasker with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take on additional responsibilities.
Maintain sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
