Be a part of the future of autonomous robots! Join Altitude AI as an Account Executive to oversee Altitude’s customer interactions. In this role, you'll be focusing on client relationship management, provide on-site support with assistance from the software engineers, develop technical understanding, and identify areas for potential sales and expansion. Your efforts will be guided by a team of expert software engineers and roboticists from Waymo, Google, BYU, Princeton and top robotic startups.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure clients' needs and expectations are met by our products and services.
• Provide on-site support at food processing facilities, including assistance during installation, overseeing remote monitoring, and facilitating software updates directly from our engineering team.
• Develop a deep understanding of our robots and their technology to effectively support and troubleshoot as needed.
• Identify opportunities for automating processes within the facilities and assist in selling additional robots, contributing to business growth.
• Communicate effectively with facility line workers, many of whom speak Spanish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar role, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
• Strong understanding of robotics and automation technology; technical background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at various levels of an organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and stay on-site at various meat processing facilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent attention to detail, commitment to quality, and problem-solving skills.
