Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization and become an active, available, and knowledgeable point of contact, fielding a wide variety of requests from across the team and with vendors.

  • Provide support on general administrative tasks for the overall benefit of the team and company as a whole.

  • Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of accountability.

  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries at fair prices.

  • Coordinate and plan our solution deployments with the team to provide a seamless experience for our clients.

  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

  • Manage expenses and prepare spending reports.

Requirements:

We request that candidates have at minimum a Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role, preferably in a startup.

  • Technically savvy and proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.

  • Team player with a “no job too small” attitude.

  • Outstanding communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in our Salt Lake City office from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

  • Multitasker with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take on additional responsibilities.

  • Maintain sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
