Overview: Dental Hygienist - Phoenix, AZ 

Our modern and established dental office is searching for an experienced and energetic Dental Hygienist with exceptional people skills and a dedication to detail, follow-up, and professionalism. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ yrs experience and be familiar with Dentrix, Dexis, and have laser certification. Our office is fast-paced, but allows plenty of time to treat patients effectively and thoroughly. Great Dentists and team to work with and for!  

Dental Hygienist Responsibilities: Skills Required 

• Provide excellent dental hygienist services to the best of their ability:  dental prophylaxis, SRP, laser, oral cancer screenings, perio charting, review medical histories, dental decay and disease recorded and communicated in order for dentists to diagnose and treat. 
• Write detailed clinical notes
• Can communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach.
• Licensed to give anesthetic.  
• Takes excellent dental radiographs/IO's.
• Takes initiative to stay busy and productive.
• Maintain strict compliance to infection control, OSHA and HIPPA.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be compassionate.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule - early or late shift.

Dental Hygienist Requirements:

• Licensed Arizona RDH with Anesthesia certification
• Laser Certification
• CPR Certification
