Salary Range:  $15.00 - $17.00 hour

MH Miles Company in Decatur, Georgia is in search of a temporary to permanent Front Office Administrator to join our team. The Front Office Administrator will complete a variety of activities in the office, including but not limited to filing, answering the phone, greeting guests, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures. This position requires a high-energy, self-directed, detail-oriented, efficient communicator to perform the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Will act as the primary receptionist to include professionally answering and directing incoming calls, greeting, directing, and assisting guests.
  • Responsible for the preservation of general office areas to ensure professional presentation for visitors and employees.
  • Actively drive company vehicle to complete errand requests to include shopping for office inventory and miscellaneous job-related tasks.
  • Maintain/organize office inventory and inventory checklist to include managing the ordering process, stocking, distribution of office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, track staff member expenses.
  • Develop and design newsletters, organizational charts, and flyers.
  • Complete photocopies, sending faxes, shredding documents, distribution of mail as well as assist with other office projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High School Diploma and four years of administrative experience required or Associate degree with two years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Current valid Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and excellent typing skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task with professionalism while performing all tasks.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination preferred.
