MH Miles Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for collaborating with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Small Business and Veteran Own Business to build relationships, train, advise, and develop strategies towards their becoming eligible businesses for routine maintenance opportunities with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). This role’s primary function will be to provide administrative supportive services to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Experience and Capabilities:
Strong Customer Satisfaction Knowledge.
Experience in understanding Invitations to Bid and Responding.
Experience with training and developing curriculum.
Ability to Utilize critical thinking skills to proactively problem solve including anticipation of issues, determination of solution or resolution, and provide appropriate communication to impacted parties.
