We are looking for a general dentist to join our busy and growing dental practice.  We provide mostly bread and butter dentistry in a fun and positive environment.  We have worked diligently to create our amazing culture and we're looking for another dentist to help us provide care for our patients.  We currently have the owner and an associate dentist working four days per week.  We are maxed out and are needing to add more doctor and hygiene capacity.  The owner is looking to have an associate come into the practice for 2 days initially and build to 3 or 4 days within 6 months.  

We work hard but have a lot of fun doing it.  An ideal applicant is someone who strives for clinical excellence, enjoys laughing, and maintains a positive outlook.  Anyone surgically or endodontically inclined will do extremely well in this position because both dentists do very little outside of fillings and crowns.  Our well-trained assistants make it possible for us to create nearly all of our crowns in the office.

Dentist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Examine patients’ medical records and diagnose dental conditions

• Perform restorations to treat dental caries and other conditions of the teeth

• Work in the Cerec workflow to deliver same-day crowns

• Extract teeth and complete root canals

• Prescribe medication as needed

• Promote good oral health and preventive dental care

Dentist Requirements:

• Arizona Dental License

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable

• Experience with tooth extractions and surgeries

• Ability to communicate confidently and concisely with patients about their oral health and problems

• Compassion and patience with our wonderful patients and exceptional team

• High clinical and ethical standards
