Carefree Smiles Dentistry is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time position and is not a Remote Job. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Collaborate with management to implement workforce planning and talent management strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
