Role and Responsibilities:

As the Director of Commercial/Multifamily Real Estate Broker/Agent/Dealmaker, you will lead our brokerage operations, driving growth and maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of brokers and agents, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Deal Making: Oversee high-value multifamily real estate transactions, ensuring successful deal execution.
  • Prospecting and Cold Calling: Drive business development efforts by identifying and developing acquisition targets and expanding your network.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Client Meetings and Presentations: Conduct and oversee client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Negotiating: Lead negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions for transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform and review financial analyses to assess investment opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the management of all real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Database Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, driving continuous business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to cross-sell our services and maximize revenue potential.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on performance metrics, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License: Current Florida Real Estate License.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/multifamily real estate transactions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
