Job Summary: The Director of Just Multifamily (JMF) will lead and manage all aspects of our multifamily real estate operations. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on unique real estate opportunities, overseeing project development, and ensuring optimal financial performance. The Director will leverage their extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills to drive the success of JMF’s multifamily projects.

Education:
- Advanced degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM, CFA) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in multifamily real estate, with a proven track record of successful project management and financial performance.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex multifamily projects from inception to completion.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of professionals.

Industry Knowledge:
