Service Tech at Luxury Apartments

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team at our luxury apartment community in the Kingsland, GA area. The ideal candidate will embody our company values and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other facilities-related equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure the property is in pristine condition.
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in preparing units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and making necessary repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance as needed.
