As a leasing professional at our luxury apartments in Kingsland, GA, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process. You will showcase the property to prospective tenants, answer their questions about amenities, rental terms, and the surrounding community. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth leasing process and provide exceptional customer service to maintain high occupancy rates and resident retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents and provide them with tours of the property.
  • Showcase apartments and amenities to highlight the unique features of our luxury community.
  • Discuss rental terms, conditions, and pricing with prospective residents.
  • Process applications, conduct background and credit checks, and follow up with applicants regarding their application status.
  • Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all lease paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and competitors to effectively market the property.

Requirements:
