Construction Administrator

Salary Range:  $55000 - $65000 year

As the Construction Administrator, this role is responsible for coordinating administrative activities between various parties including field management, other departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory and municipal/state agencies. The position also involves interacting with the Project Team, Clients/Owners, and suppliers to gather or provide information via in-person, phone, or written communication. Additionally, the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining basic project control logs.  

What you will do: 

  • Reviews and enters data from timesheets and daily tickets for job cost tracking. 
  • Saves and maintains data in the company system. 
  • Act as a liaison between team members and vendors, communicating with them through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. 
  • Aids estimating team as needed including potential bid opportunities and bid preparation. 
  • Assists Human Resources with the hiring and orientation process of TKC. 
  • Assists safety team in administration duties. 
  • Assists payroll department with data entry and reporting for TKC. 
  • Assists Accounting with submitting all project-related documentation.  
  • Review all project-related documents and ensure they are compliant.  
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gnat Chart).
