TKC Construction Group is looking for an initiative-taking and experienced Project Manager for a new role in Northeast Florida. Our ideal candidate has completed several large-scale construction projects in the commercial or multifamily industries. 

Our upcoming construction projects require a Project Manager that has effective leadership skills while simultaneously supplying cost effective oversight throughout all construction phases, from site work to project handover.

Additionally, the TKC Construction Group Project Manager will: 

  • Successfully deliver projects within predefined budgets, timelines, and scopes, while establishing a reputation for top-quality work in the market.
  • Exceptional strategic thought capabilities with equal ability to present concepts, project parameters and reporting with sophisticated software systems.
  • While establishing a critical path, providing effective leadership, cost management, and oversight throughout all construction phases, from subcontract procurement to site work, framing, finishing, and project handover to clients.
  • Devising and executing cost-effective strategies to maintain project schedules and budgets, collaborating closely with the Lead Superintendent and/or Superintendent to minimize risks and enhance safety and quality control standards.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the project, fostering and nurturing strong relationships among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Enforcing standardized practices for safety, materials management, quality control, and promoting seamless communication and coordination among various trade groups.
  • Administering contracts, overseeing employee safety, managing production, scheduling, quality assurance, supervising other field positions, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and management, and controlling subcontractor scopes of work and project specifications, while also liaising with government entities, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing leadership to ensure smooth communication and productivity between field teams and our clients.
  • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Determining and procuring resource requirements from project inception to completion, all while remaining within budget.
  • Managing the procurement of equipment and materials and monitoring inventory levels to promptly address shortages.
  • Conducting regular progress evaluations and employee development opportunities.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards and promptly reporting any issues that arise.
