TKC Construction Group has been providing high-performance construction and renovation services to the multifamily, commercial, and luxury development sectors since 1995. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who possesses excellent leadership skills and can provide cost-effective oversight throughout all renovation phases. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy and capable of forecasting upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect potential projects and develop a scope of work, budget, and completion timeline
- Forecast the monetary needs of the project
- Obtain and approve bids
- Order project supplies
- Schedule contractors and vendor work to ensure on-time project deadlines
- Conduct periodic inspections of each project to ensure the highest quality work of all contractors, vendors, and their laborers
- Communicate the status of the renovation project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports
- Approve payment to vendors and accurately manage the project budget
- Maintain a list of contractors and vendors and consistently seek out additional vendors or hire employees as needed to complete jobs on time and within budget
- Conduct a final checklist inspection
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of multi-family renovations and the entire process including inspection, development of scopes of work, permitting and codes, resources, methods, and project management principles
- Minimum 5 years of Property Improvement or Renovations Project Management experience
- Previous Hands-on Multi-family Property Improvement or renovation experience
- Must be tech-savvy
