We are searching for a dynamic leader for a Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, and Public Relations professional in the investment real estate and marketing sectors.

We're a forward-thinking Private Equity investment firm with a dedicated Digital Media subsidiary. As we progress, the increasing intricacy and pace of our operations demand a digital marketing expert adept in running a marketing business with a focus on property management, construction, development, brokerage, and insurance lead generation. 

Role Focus: 

Your primary responsibility will be to steer our marketing business with focus on centralized leasing team and digital marketing strategy, marketing, lead generation and attribution and sales for commercial and multifamily property management, construction, development, brokerage, and commercial insurance domains. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Development: 

  • Design a focused digital strategy promoting our brands, especially within property management, construction, development, brokerage, and insurance. 
  • Oversee public relations strategies to heighten our brand profile in the targeted sectors. 
  • Lead social media campaigns aligned with industry trends. 
  • Evaluate, Innovate and Elevate websites, digital channels based on demographic data and industry trends. 
  • Propose essential tools like market research and co-branding initiatives. 
  • Enhance our digital presence through partnerships with relevant businesses.  

Content Development:  

  • Spearhead the influencer program, emphasizing investment real estate management, development and construction related influencers. 
  • Create compelling content that resonates with professionals within investment real estate sectors. 
  • Design content calendars with emphasis on industry trends and keywords. 
  • Source and collaborate with bloggers and contributors specializing in real estate.  

Metrics & Reporting: 

  • Use industry tools like Sprout Social for monitoring social media platforms. 
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the efficacy of our digital initiatives. 
  • Stay updated with the latest in social media and adapt to emerging technologies. 
  • While overseeing a centralized multifamily leasing team, track lead sources, lead attribution, follow up and lead management outcomes.  

Meetings:  Lead discussions on digital strategies during weekly team meetings. 

Ideal Candidate: We're seeking an individual who can craft stellar marketing programs and engage in robust content distribution, particularly in the investment real estate and marketing sectors. Creating a pipeline of qualified leads for all business lines using creative and repeatable practices will be a crucial outcome of this position. Although we have graphic design professionals, your expertise in curating industry-specific content is paramount.
