Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at The Reef Apartments. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the building is consistently clean and presentable.
• Monitor and replenish supplies at the coffee station and common areas to ensure they are well-stocked and inviting.
• Assist with the cleaning of vacant units to prepare them for new residents, including thorough cleaning of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures.
• Respond promptly to emergency clean-up situations, such as spills, leaks, or other incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the building.

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
