Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans both interior and exterior of apartments and assigned common areas.
• Performs general maintenance duties which can include, but not limited to replacing light bulbs, picking-up debris, caulking, and other general repair and preservation duties.
• Reports needed repairs and/or maintenance to the maintenance supervisor to help keep the community up to Company and regulated standards.
• Reports needed repair and/or maintenance to the maintenance supervisor.
• Keeps current on communication received from management on company policies and regulatory compliance, and performs duties based on those requirements; assists in non-routine maintenance activities as requested by immediate supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and complete standard paperwork. 
• Ability to complete projects in outside/without temperature controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior make ready work at a residential property.
