JOB DESCRIPTION – Commercial Multifamily Real Estate Broker/Agent/Deal Maker

Position:  Commercial Multifamily Real Estate Broker/Agent/Deal Maker

Department:  JMF - Just Multi-Family

Reporting to:   President - JMF

Location:   645 Mayport Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida, 32233

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Licensed, highly motivated, inspired, sales transaction driven individual who is energetic and hyper-focused on doing deals (brokering multifamily and cross-selling other platform services)
  • Selling, negotiating, building relationships with clients, communication
  • Create relationships with multifamily owners in order to buy assets for our investment company, sell assets in our portfolio, and broker sales between owners and buyers. 
  • Build a robust acquisitions pipeline in order to meet significant capital deployment demand and will market and dispose of this extensive pipeline. 
  • Source off-market multifamily real estate opportunities for private and institutional level buyers and partners (includes all classes of assets). 
  • Execute market penetration strategies into specifically selected Southeast real estate markets and Texas. 
  • Find suitable residential, non-residential, commercial, trailer parks, and retail properties to run their business from.
  • Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract qualified buyers in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Provide guidance on agreements, mortgages, and market prices.
  • Draft LOI's, legal documents and contracts.
  • Coordinate exchanges of ownership.
  • Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Manage a portfolio of rental properties.
  • Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.
  • Attend networking functions.

  • Current Florida Real Estate License.
