Position: Senior Associate, Capital Markets

Reporting to: Vice President Capital Markets

Location: Atlantic Beach, FL

Defined Role: This role will lead the development and implementation of an external communication strategy focused on raising capital for our Real Estate funds, Multiple Programmatic Joint Ventures, other various investment activities. The Senior Associate will concentrate on equity capital markets opportunities with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Pension Funds, Endowments, Institutions and other equity capital sources. This high-visibility role reports to VP of Capital Markets and is dedicated to strategic customer engagement with some of the wealthiest families in the world.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and lead key initiatives to raise equity capital for our Fund, Multiple Programmatic Joint Ventures, other various investment vehicles.
  • Lead in preparation of confidential information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
  • Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial models in support of executing ongoing engagements
  • Coordinate third-party work with various other professional advisors and assist in business due diligence
  • Support the equity sourcing process by identifying and screening opportunities and their alignment with our core investment themes
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of UHNWIs, Family Offices, Broker Dealers, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of Equity Raising Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications or a related field of study
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write, pitch and present compelling content
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, analytical talent and attention to detail
  • Existing relationships in the investor community or experience cold calling and fundraising is preferred
  • Experience and passion for real estate investing is a must
  • Proven track record for developing and implementing successful outreach strategies'
