Defined Role: Leasing Professional - Broxton Bay
This position is responsible for assisting property owners with leasing their properties to prospective tenants. This may include marketing properties, preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualify them.

Primary Responsibilities: (may include but not limited to)
Contribute to team KPIs. Exhibit exemplary customer service and sales skills necessary to meet occupancy goals Conduct monthly market survey. Assist in develop marketing ideas that drive traffic. Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
Document all communication with residents and vendors in Rent Manager. Serve notices as necessary. Continuously monitor and maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property. Organize and hold resident relations and events. Promptly and professionally handle resident concerns.
Assist with property emergencies, including emergencies arising due to hazardous weather conditions. May be required to run errands or make deliveries outside of the property. Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor. Preferred Qualifications
2+ years customer service or property management experience Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportation Dependable and ability to work under pressure Flexible schedule-On call and weekend rotation
Exceptional communication skills Self-motivated with strong time management skills, and attention to detail Ability to develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint Ability to think both strategically and tactically
Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to multi-task Positive attitude Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a team player Demonstrates a positive attitude and always displays a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents and other team members.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Physical Requirements This position may include long hours spent walking, bending, lifting, climbing, reaching, and stretching. Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition. Ability to lift 60lbs as necessary.
Ability to operate necessary hand tools to make repairs. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, walk across rooftops, vacuum, move furniture as needed, complete physical inspections, show apartments, etc. Ability to drive to and from jobs sites. Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather. Repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and elbows may be required.
May be involved with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic, or caustic chemicals, and the risk of electric shock. May be exposed to elevated noise levels. JOB DESCRIPTION – Leasing Professional Position: Leasing Professional Department: American Management Group (AMG)
