Defined Role: 

This high visibility role will focus primarily on growing our real estate brokerage business, Just Multifamily. You will recruit, train, expand and manage a commercial brokerage sales force whose mission is to create relationships with multifamily owners in order to buy assets for our investment company, sell assets in our portfolio, and broker sales between owners and buyers. You and your associates will build a robust acquisitions pipeline in order to meet significant capital deployment demand and will market and dispose of this extensive pipeline. You will source off-market multifamily real estate opportunities for private and institutional level buyers and partners (includes all classes of assets). You will evolve and expand the existing brokerage and sales team in terms of its head count, operational effectiveness and regional presence. You will design and execute market penetration strategies in terms of team expansion into specifically selected Southeast real estate markets and Texas. 

This leadership and business expansion opportunity is highly lucrative, compensated through heavy performance-based pay, director fee/override participation and will partner closely with senior executive leadership to ensure success of all related efforts.

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of our Parent Company and be accountable to the entire C-Suite. You will have assistance from accounting, legal, marketing and compliance all housed at our Parent Company.

             Primary Responsibilities: 

 

  • Build an extremely profitable division generating millions in Gross Commissions and other Success Fees.
  • Recruit, coach and train a large and outstanding team of successful commercial real estate transactional associates and other sales professionals.
  • Source and build an impressive Class A & B pipeline of multi-family properties, using strategic off-line methods.
  • Build a successful platform and outstanding team to cross sell Property Management, Construction and Development services.
  • Create budgets, forecast and other financial reports.
  • Create and maintain a sales training curriculum.

  

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ Years of Successful Commercial Real Estate Sales Experience 
  • 5+ Years of Successful Commercial Real Estate Sales Leadership Experience  
  • A minimum of a 4-year degree
  • Sales Associate License in Florida
  • Broker’s License a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write effectively
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs
  • Proficient with CoStar or similar CRM programs.
  • Proven track record for lead generation and building customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of successful recruiting
  • Proven Track Record for Structuring complex Real Estate Transactions.
