Position Title:  VP of Strategic Partnerships/B2B Alliance Specialist/Creator of Opportunities

Position Summary:

This position is for a seasoned professional with a broad range of institutional and investor relations complemented by a solid foundation in real estate property management. This position is responsible for total business development identifying and contracting with 3rd party owners for the property management of their assets. 

Essential Functions:

  • Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability
  • Assist in creating budgets and business plans focused on adding new business
  • Achieve established goals 
  • Monitor monthly and year to date progress, troubleshoot, identify problem, and work to develop solutions with internal Presidents
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of new business opportunities
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and attract target uses
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and forecasted results
  • Submits deals based on a broad understanding of the company's goals and objectives
  • Works closely with all necessary departments to ensure an environment of collaboration and maximum productivity
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Executes standardized departmental initiatives
  • Sets and schedules all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, proposals and closes
  • Sets an example of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits that exemplifies the company
  • Maintains contact with key contacts in the market area to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for increased opportunities
  • Demonstrates ability to interact, cooperate and seek solutions with other company departments
  • Assist centers in rent collections, visual merchandising, and problem tenants as needed.
  • Attend appropriate industry related seminars, conventions, trainings, and meetings
  • Travel Required

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience within the RE finance, development and/or property management industry 
  • Deal making/leasing/sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop/incubate new and existing relationships 
  • Computer skills - Excel, Word Internet, Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
