Job Description Overview: Digital Leasing Specialist
We are searching for an enthusiastic Digital Leasing Specialist to join our growing team in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Comprised of digital marketers, designers, photographers, and videographers, our team works specifically in the multifamily real estate industry providing digital branding, marketing and leasing services to apartment communities.
As our Digital Leasing Specialist, you will work closely with our President and marketing team to strategize, manage, and execute multi-channel lead generation leasing efforts for the company and our clients. This position is responsible for assisting property managers with leasing their properties to prospective residents. Utilizing skills in data entry, social media, leasing sales, and customer service, the Digital Leasing Specialist will play an integral role in driving demand generation and client satisfaction.
This position is responsible for leasing by prospecting leads, generating, qualifying, booking tours, setting appointments, and assisting our clients with community leasing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, communicative, reliable, prides themselves on excellence, and thrives in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment. Primary Responsibilities
• Creating compelling listings of available apartments on various marketing channels.
• Communicating with interested prospects though web or phone to book tour appointments.
• Assisting clients with leasing efforts and driving community occupancy.
• Managing and reporting on lead generation efforts to President and marketing team.
• Managing client relationships and delivering great customer service.
• Exhibiting exemplary customer service and sales skills necessary to contribute to KPI goals.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and training.
• Monitoring lead generation efforts to ensure they are achieving reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
• Working with marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Assisting in developing marketing ideas to drive traffic to properties.
• Develop, implement, and maintain lead generation efforts for the company.
• Conduct outreach to prospect lists and book sales appointments for the company.
• Collaborating with marketing team to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
Requirements and Preferred Experience
• 1+ years of customer service, marketing, and property management experience
• Must have excellent spelling, punctuation, communication, and copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects as needed
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player
• Experience with social media channels including Facebook and Instagram
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and always displays a friendly and courteous attitude towards clients and other team members
• Efficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Atlantic Beach office
