Additional Desired Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial project management experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Desire to be part of a dynamic organization
· Strong sense of urgency
· General maintenance/renovation knowledge
· Facility operations experience
· Ability to set priorities, establish deadlines and manage to those
· Savvy negotiation skills
· Must have valid drivers license
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Responsibilities Include:
· Construction job scope development
· Estimating and bid procurement
· Renovation scheduling and contractor/vendor oversight
· Planning for project execution including coordinating material orders, subcontractors and in-house labor for maximum efficiency
· Daily project site visits
· Engaging and negotiating with subcontractors/vendors
· Meet with potential tenants and negotiate leases
