Some of the job requirements include the following:

Our fast growing real estate management company is seeking a qualified, reliable, and skilled Maintenance Technician for current and future projects. This position will report to our Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager.

Requirements-

1+ year multi-family-Required

1+ year commercial maintenance-Preferred

EPA certified-Preferred

CPO certified-Preferred

HVAC certified-Preferred

Valid DL-Required

Reliable vehicle-Required

Basic hand tools-Preferred

Background check and drug screen-Required
